Gear up for AFROGAMES JOHANNESBURG! The journey begins with the Road to Afrogames Johannesburg, a thrilling 3-on-3 collegiate basketball tournament featuring a number of universities across 3 provinces. 

The culmination of this journey comes together on a single, jam-packed day at AFROGAMES JOHANNESBURG, a cultural immersive experience combining Basketball, Music, Culture and Fashion during youth month. Live Performances; Back to the City to curate a lineup of renowned Hip Hop and Amapiano artists. The Makers Market Discover the creativity of African artisans and designers. A Powerful Documentary that divea into the heart of AFROGAMES JOHANNESBURG, exploring its vision and the impactful charitable programs it supports.

Bball meets beats at the AFROGAMES JOHANNESBURG has partnered with Back to the City to curate the entertainment, as well as BUTAN, the premium African streetwear brand that's come on board as the fashion partner - a legacy brand inspired by the continent's rich heritage; both providing a platform for consumers to connect and leverage the power of music and fashion that resonates with a Pan African audience. Riding the wave of Africa's surging basketball passion, AFROGAMES JOHANNESBURG will ignite further excitement with appearances by Cape Town Tigers players! 

Snake Nation joins AFROGRAMES by producing and managing the 3-on-3 Collegiate Basketball Tournament - The Road to Afrogames that will feature teams from 10 universities across 3 of South Africa's major provinces; Western Cape on May 17th ,KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) on May 24th and finally Gauteng on May 31st.

Philanthropy with a Purpose 

AFROGAMES JOHANNESBURG goes beyond entertainment, aiming to make a positive impact on African communities. The event will collaborate with Snake Nation Foundation, for the college societies, in support of Youth Month, and a documentary, narrated by Capetown Tigers CEO Raphael Edwards, will capture the event's essence and the crucial work it supports.
